Root To Flower was born out of a desire to bring beautifully delicious and refined plant-based food to the North West. With a focus on locally sourced, seasonal produce, healthy yet indulgent dishes, and meticulously presented feasts.
At RTF we believe food is meant to be shared, talked and laughed over, alongside family, friends and strangers alike.
Plants are the heroes in our dishes, but the idea is ‘good food, that happens to be vegan’. We want to show how beautifully varied and vibrant a plant-based table of food can be.
With a focus on sustainability and minimal waste, we aim to use every element of our locally sourced fruit and veggies.

We’re Grace and Conner! A husband and wife duo, with over two decades of combined experience in the hospitality and events industry. We love nothing more than, with the help of our team, bringing people together over beautifully colourful, exciting and delicious food.
We bonded over our love of food whilst travelling the world and this led to a desire to create and share inspired menus of our own.
Our ethos is greatly inspired the traditional family dinner table, coming together to reminisce, share and open up to new ideas and tastes.
We know how many moving parts are present in the lead and during an event, of any size. So we work alongside you to plan and prepare for every eventuality, so the food is one thing you DON’T have to worry about!
